• Phone Number – for login and verification via WhatsApp OTP.
• Payment Proof Image – uploaded by users subscribing to paid plans.
• Downloaded Videos – saved locally on your device.
• Device and Usage Data – app version, connection type, and activity logs.

Use of Your Personal Data

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Manage Your Account and registration.
• Verify identity via OTP.
• Approve or reject manual payment requests.
• Provide access to subscribed content.
• Improve the Service and user experience.

Payment and Subscription

أستاذي offers subscription-based access to premium content. Payments are manual; users send a transfer and upload a photo of the receipt. The admin approves subscriptions manually. No financial data is stored in the app.

Permissions

• INTERNET – load content and connect to servers.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – check network connectivity.
• READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – save videos or receipt images.
• WAKE_LOCK – keep the screen on during video playback.

Children's Privacy

أستاذي is designed for students in Mauritania, including children under 13. All users are allowed; we collect only necessary information for the Service.

Retention, Deletion, and Transfer

Personal Data is retained only as necessary. You may request deletion or correction. Data may be transferred and processed in locations outside your country where different data protection laws apply, with appropriate safeguards.

Delete Account

Users can delete their account directly from the app:

• Open the app and go to Settings.
• Tap on Delete Account.
• Confirm your request. All your personal data including phone number and payment proof images will be permanently removed from our servers.
• After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account or subscription content.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We may disclose Your information to:

• Service Providers to maintain or improve the Service.
• Business transfers (mergers, acquisitions, sales).
• Comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety.

Security

We strive to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
